ACI Missouri Scholarship History

Missouri ACI has established two scholarships to honor long-time chapter members Luke Snell and Billie Snell and Dr. DJ Belarbi. The scholarships are intended to promote the development of future engineers, construction managers, and architects by providing financial assistance for undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in careers in concrete design, materials, or construction.

Selection is based upon academic achievement and awards, relevant experience, quality of application including writing skills, and displayed interest in concrete as judged by an ad-hoc committee comprised of industry professionals.
